Six stages, each with a defined exit criterion, so you always know where you are and what has to be true before the next one starts. Timings are scoped per deployment — they depend on how many source systems, entities and approval chains are in play.

Scope, success criteria and the processes going live in the first phase, written down rather than assumed. Exit criterion: an agreed scope document naming the processes, the entities and what success is measured against.

Connect
Source systems, data sources and the security review. Exit criterion: data flowing from every system in scope, under your access controls, with the review signed off.

Configure
Rules, mappings, approval chains, entity structure and thresholds. Exit criterion: your delegation matrix reproduced and confirmed by the people it applies to.

Verify
Processing run against your own history in a sandbox and compared to what actually happened. Exit criterion: accuracy you have reviewed on your own documents, not on a demo set.

Launch
Live processing with monitoring in place and a named owner on our side. Exit criterion: a period closed on the new process with exceptions inside the agreed range.

Scale
Further processes, entities and geographies brought onto the same configuration rather than a fresh implementation each time. Exit criterion: each addition live on the existing rules, with only its local differences configured.
